I contacted Victor about a quote for programming a new key fob, received a quick response, and was taken care of within the hour. Somehow, he was able to fix my malfunctioning key fob in the process of programming a new key fob. I needed a spare so it worked out in the end. Thanks, Victor!!

I had a great experience with Victor and would absolutely recommend his business. He was actually about 10 minutes early for the appointment, which I really appreciated. He replaced my key lock and provided me with new keys, and he also reprogrammed my garage door opener.

Victor was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left and made the whole experience easy and stress-free.

It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about providing great service. I’m very happy with the work he did and would definitely use him again in the future. Highly recommend!

Victor repaired a front door lock after a burglary. Because the lock was unique, it took several attempts to replace it. But, the team stuck with it until we were completely satisfied. They are very honest and run their business with a very high level of integrity and desire to satisfy the customer, which is really rare in today's market.

This guy literally saved me after my key snapped in half and pulled up in his work truck within the hour, cut me a key and programmed the fob for a great price with great service.
There was an additional problem that arose from the damage of the key affecting the ignition and he was happy to return for a second repair and double back to ensure everything was working. Would recommend for anything related to key cutting, lockouts, or ignition services.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I was dealing with a locked vehicle, a lost key, and a dead battery, and they solved all three problems in one visit. They arrived promptly, unlocked the car, created and programmed a new key fob on-site, and even helped jump-start the battery. The technician was professional, patient, and highly skilled. What could have been a stressful day turned into a smooth experience thanks to their excellent service. Highly recommend

Victor really went above and beyond to help me with making a new key for my car. There were some unforeseen issues with the first one (due to me purchasing a wrong part) and he made sure to come back out to make sure I was taken care of. Great service! I highly recommend this business!

I first used Auburn Safe and Lock in June 2023, when I realized after 16 years of vehicle ownership, my spare tire cover had a lock, and I had no key. I stopped into AS&L with my dilemma expecting this 'situation' to be a cumbersome one. Not to worry! A gentleman, whose name I don't remember, headed out to my truck, shimmied under the spare tire cover with his back on the parking lot gravel, and let me know it was going to be cheaper to pop the lock and replace it rather than making/finding a key to open it. They had a suitable lock in stock, so that's exactly what he did. I don't remember the cost, but I remember thinking it was more than reasonable. Soon, I was on my way.

When my front door lock had a metal piece fall from it, I knew who to call and I even got a live person who answered the phone! Andy at the shop gave me Victor's cell phone number, since Victor was out in the field so he could make an appointment. Victor picked up his phone when I called and I explained my situation. We set an appointment for Victor to come take a look. Victor texted me the evening before the appointment to confirm and he arrived exactly on time the next day.

Turns out, someone did a bit of DIY on this lock prior to my ownership. Victor ended up replacing some parts with parts correct for this application (and not bent) and adding some reinforcements to the slot the bolt slides into. My deadbolt is sliding like it never has! And all at a very reasonable cost.

Two things I have learned after many decades on this earth. One, a small reliable privately owned business cannot be beat for service, and two, it always pays to call a professional! Thank you Victor & Andy!!

Victor was willing to rapidly reply to our situation - a lost auto ignition key for a 2006 Buick. He promptly arrived at my house and proceeded to manufacture a new key. A fair price and a pleasant experience.
